Shipping Policy

Good news: there's nothing to ship! Every product in our store is a digital crochet pattern (PDF), so there are no shipping costs, no delivery windows, and no waiting by the door.

How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed, your download links are made available immediately.
You'll receive an email at the address used at checkout containing your download link(s).
You can also access your files from the order confirmation page.

Delivery times

Delivery is instant in almost all cases. Occasionally, payment verification can delay the email by a few minutes. If you haven't received your download email within 1 hour of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us.

Download issues

If a link doesn't work, a file won't open, or you've lost access to your download, email aegyz4503@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out promptly.
