Welcome to the AEGYZ store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital products from AEGYZ LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 17251941) with its registered address at 46 Throwley Way, Sutton, Surrey, England, SM1 4AF. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell digital crochet patterns supplied as downloadable PDF files. No physical items are shipped. Product photographs show finished items made from the patterns; the finished result of your own project may vary depending on the yarn, hook, tension, and skill applied.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown at checkout in the store currency and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or error; any amounts already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded.

3. Delivery of digital content

Download links are provided immediately after payment confirmation, by email and via the order confirmation page. By completing a purchase, you request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once the download begins.

4. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a pattern, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pattern to make items.
You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, translate, publish, or upload the pattern files (in whole or in part) in any form.
Copyright in each pattern remains with its designer. Where a listing states specific conditions for selling finished items (for example, crediting the original designer), those conditions apply.

5. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable except where the content is faulty, not as described, or inaccessible, as set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including pattern files, text, images, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may rely on the mandatory consumer protections and courts of their home nation.
