Ever wondered what happens between clicking "Buy" and finishing your project? Here's how it works from start to finish.

1. We select the patterns

We don't list everything we can find. Each pattern in the store is chosen for clear writing, helpful visuals (photos, charts, or video tutorials), and strong feedback from real makers. If a pattern confuses its testers, it doesn't make the cut.

2. You browse and buy

Every product page tells you the skill level, the yarn weight and hook size you'll need, the sizes included, and whether the pattern uses UK or US terminology — so you know exactly what you're getting before you pay.

3. Instant delivery

The moment your payment is confirmed, your PDF download links arrive by email and appear on your order confirmation page. There's nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.

4. You make it yours

Print the pattern or follow it on a screen, pick your colours, and start stitching. Many of our patterns are written flexibly so you can adjust length, sizing, and details to suit you.

5. We've got your back
