Missing or damaged pattern files

If your download is incomplete — a missing page, a broken chart, or an unreadable file — email us and we'll send a fresh, complete copy at no charge. Include:

Your order number
The pattern name
What's missing or not working (a screenshot helps)

No problem. Email us from the address you used at checkout with your order number, and we'll restore your download links.
