Refund Policy

All products sold by AEGYZ LTD are digital crochet patterns delivered as instant PDF downloads. Because digital files can't be "returned," our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Digital downloads

All sales of digital patterns are final. Once your download is delivered, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or the pattern being unsuitable for your skill level. Please read the product description carefully before buying — each listing states the skill level, materials, sizes, and whether the pattern uses US or UK crochet terminology. If anything is unclear, contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help you choose.

Faulty or inaccessible files

If your file is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its description, or you can't access it, we'll make it right. Contact us at aegyz4503@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll first fix the issue or send a replacement file; if we can't, you'll receive a full refund.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
