Refund Policy

All products sold by AEGYZ LTD are digital crochet patterns delivered as instant PDF downloads. Because digital files can't be "returned," our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Digital downloads

All sales of digital patterns are final. Once your download is delivered, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or the pattern being unsuitable for your skill level. Please read the product description carefully before buying — each listing states the skill level, materials, sizes, and whether the pattern uses US or UK crochet terminology. If anything is unclear, contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help you choose.

30-day refund & replacement window

If your file is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its description, or you can't access it, we'll make it right. Contact us at aegyz4503@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase, with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll first fix the issue or send a replacement file; if we can't, you'll receive a full refund.

Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled at our discretion — we'll still always do our best to help, especially with lost download links.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
