Refund Policy

All products sold by AEGYZ LTD are digital crochet patterns delivered as instant PDF downloads. Because of the nature of digital content, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods.

Digital downloads

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to digital content once the download has begun with your consent. By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you agree that delivery starts immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel.

For this reason, all sales of digital patterns are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or the pattern being unsuitable for your skill level. Please read the product description carefully before buying — skill level, materials, sizing, and terminology (UK/US) are stated on each listing. If anything is unclear, contact us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help.

Faulty or inaccessible files

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected: digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If your file is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from its description, or you cannot access it, contact us at aegyz4503@gmail.com with your order number. We will first attempt to fix the problem or supply a replacement file; where we cannot, you will receive a full refund.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same pattern twice on the same order or account, contact us and we will refund the duplicate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
